Connect intent to conditions.
A commitment links the goal to prerequisites, deadlines, permitted actions and a definition of done. The system has an explicit model of what must become true.
Life keeps moving after you make a plan.
Pearce.id is building a personal AI layer that follows your goals over time, notices what changes and coordinates the next step.
For the commitments that need attention beyond today.
“Keep this project moving.
Bring me in when I’m needed.”
Our proposed architecture represents each commitment as a connected structure: the intended outcome, its dependencies, the conditions for action and the evidence needed to confirm completion. New information updates that structure and changes the next move.
A commitment links the goal to prerequisites, deadlines, permitted actions and a definition of done. The system has an explicit model of what must become true.
Events from connected tools update the relevant dependencies. AI reasons over the affected commitments to propose the next action, checking its scope against your permissions.
An executed action produces a record of what happened. The proposed system checks that evidence against the completion conditions, then advances, retries or asks for your input.
Explore the ongoing workflows we’re building toward. Each begins with a commitment and continues as new information changes what needs to happen.
“Keep the launch on track and flag anything that needs my decision.”
Illustrative workflows. Pearce.id is in development; these examples describe the product direction.
Alongside the commitment graph, we’re developing an identification and authentication layer that connects a person, their accounts and their authority to act. Identity becomes part of how a commitment is carried out.
A connected account establishes access. Our proposed layer goes further: it links the intended action to the person, the goal and the boundaries of their authorization.
Associate the user with the connected accounts and roles relevant to a commitment, keeping personal and work contexts distinct.
Confirm the account and authorization needed for the next action. Bring the user back in when renewed authentication or a decision is required.
Express which actions may proceed, for which goal and under which conditions. Changes to authorization should affect subsequent actions.
Link each action record to the identity, commitment and permission used, so the result has an inspectable chain of responsibility.
What needs to happen, and when?
For whom, and with what authority?
The next step, within your boundaries.
Identity and authentication architecture in development. This describes the intended design.
Patent pending on technology underlying the Pearce.id commitment graph.
The commitment graph and personal identity layer form the core of our product thesis. A reasoning model proposes a move; the operating layer decides whether the conditions allow it, records the result and checks whether the goal has advanced.
Its central question: what changed, which commitments does it affect, and what can happen next?
Intent · What outcome are we working toward?
Dependencies · What needs to become true first?
Authority · Which actions have you permitted?
Evidence · What proves the outcome happened?
A launch depends on a signed approval. The dependency stays open.
A connected tool provides the approval. Its source and time are recorded.
The next action is checked against the permission you granted.
Evidence of the result is matched to the goal’s completion conditions.
Proposed architecture, in development. The sequence illustrates the intended mechanism.
A personal AI operating layer that connects ongoing commitments with your identity, your tools and the authority you choose to grant.
